VIRTUAL VINTAGE fair this Sunday, 5th April, 2pm-4pm
Thank you everyone who visited the first So Last Century Virtual Vintage Fair on 29 March. With over 40,000 total views it proved so popular with both traders and visitors we’ve decided to hold another this Sunday!
Until we can hold ‘real’ events again, we’re experimenting with ways to support our regular vintage traders, in fact all vintage traders, for who this is their sole or main means of income.
It’s easy to visit - just tune in to our Instagram Stories at 2pm this Sunday.
Who will be featured?
You’ll see vintage items from many of your favourite So Last Century traders, and some new ones from the UK (and possibly other countries!)
What can I expect to find?
Original vintage posters, prints, antique maps and etchings, mid-century decor, lighting, furniture, homeware, brocante, vintage fashion, accessories, jewellery, and lots more.
We look forward to you joining us on Instagram at 2pm on Sunday 5th April for some more exciting Virtual Vintage discoveries!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The idea is very simple...
For Visitors:
From 2pm BST on Sunday 5 April, click on our Instagram Stories @solastc (the big circle with our logo, top left on your screen).
Items for sale by vintage traders will be shared here until 4pm, and they’ll continue to be ‘live’ to view for 24 hours after the fair starts.
If you see something you like, contact the Trader directly to buy or to ask a question. Or buy via their website or selling platform if they have one.
Click through to the Trader’s profile to find more items they may have on offer. Please don’t forget to follow them.
The total number of stories we can have online at any one time is 100, so those at the beginning will automatically start to be deleted once this number is reached. We recommend taking a screenshot if something catches your eye, in case the story disappears.
There'll be lots to see, so keep checking back during fair to see what’s new, and afterwards to see what you may have missed.
Delivery services are under strain at the moment, so please be patient with posted or couriered purchases.

For Vintage Traders:
Log on to your Instagram this Sunday between 2pm-4pm BST
It is FREE to participate and there is no need to book in advance.
In your own Stories, post a Story of at least one item with its price, and add our tag @solastc. To be fair to all participants we ask that you post a maximum of three Stories only.
Allow time to create a really stunning-looking Story (or stories). Your secondary aim should be to encourage people to visit your own Instagram profile to discover other items you have for sale.
We will then share to @solastc Stories at some point between 2pm-4pm.
Visitors will arrive from 2pm and start browsing and shopping.
Original vintage items only please (see the Traders Page for guidance). If you wish to sell craft or handmade items, please do this at the @solocraftfair Virtual Craft Market on Saturday 4 April.
The Fair will be semi-curated; not every Story submitted will be necessarily shared.
